Head of Trust & Security, Garreth Griffith fronted a movie warning users about 'phishing' -- attempts to aquire personal security detail for fraudulant purposes. The movie needed to be relaxed and personable, fitting into eBay's style. It was filmed using green screen to enable the use of graphics to emphasise eBay's message. The movie can be viewed within the Safety Centre on eBay's website.
